BLACK SHEEP

00:00
BLACK SHEEP
For the beaten up, and the cast out, for the thrown out and the worn out and the pointed at, for the talked about and the walked around, for the ones who talked so proud now they are not so loud, who cry about their past and that nothing lasts, who avoid their faces at home in the mirror, who met their demons and their thousand errors. For the one's who lost all they had built up in an angry fire and greedy flames that won't stop.Who lost their love in the fire of vengeance, dismayed betrayed and found themselves back at the entrance, who lost their friends and won enemies, who lost reputation, won desperation and accusation, who started white, ended up black, sailed under mighty banners now dressed in rags, who'd set out with hope, came back in despair, dreamt of fame and riches, ended under the bridges, who stood upon the mountain top but could't step into the land. For the one's who lost all they had built up in an angry fire and greedy flames that won't stop.
For the black sheep, for the black sheep.
Here's a word for you, it's a light in the dark. There's one who will not kill your last glowing spark. Here's hope for you in the wilderness, he's seeking what is lost and brings it home to rest, who fell down all the way their misery no one can say, their trouble and strife is not written down but their broken hearts are moaning the sound. For the one's who lost all they had built up in an angry fire and greedy flames that won't stop.
For the black sheep, for the black sheep. Jesus' callin' you out of the gloom - all you black sheep. For the black sheep.
